Professional indemnity insurance

Pursuant to Section 51 of the German Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO), lawyers in Germany are obliged to maintain a professional indemnity insurance with a minimum insurance sum of 250,000 EUR per claim. Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH maintains professional liability insurance with HDI Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover, Germany, which exceeds the minimum requirements. The geographical scope of our insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union.

  • Code of Conduct of the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors (Berufsordnung der Bundessteuerberaterkammer, BOStB);
  • Regulation on Tax Advisory Fees (Steuerberatervergütungsverordnung, StBVV).
