We have many years of experience in advising on all matters relating to banking supervisory law. Our clients include domestic banks (including CRR credit institutions), foreign banks and financial services institutions such as asset managers.

  • Comprehensive expertise in advising foreign banks and the special regulatory requirements under two supervisory regimes

  • Clarification of technical matters with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority of the Financial Sector (CSSF) and other supervisory authorities
